MPC Scholarship Request Form

Ministries of Pastoral Care considers requests for partial scholarships based on need and availability of donor funds. As funds are limited, we ask that you first seek support from your church community.

Once we have received your request, we will prayerfully review it. If a scholarship is awarded, your school fee will be adjusted accordingly and you will be asked to pay the remaining balance in order to confirm your registration for the school.
